Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great views and average experiences. I had a wonderful panoramic view of the harbor from my room on the lake side, but there was a noticeable gas smell. The location was fantastic, close to the waterfront and downtown, offering plenty to explore. However, I'd recommend skipping the breakfast.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a very nice lake view. The connection to the other room was convenient. However, being at street level could cause some noise. The service was very pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal, within walking distance of various attractions, though parking might incur an additional fee. The dining experience was disappointing, with limited options. The facilities were well-equipped and modern.
I stayed at a hotel with a lovely view of the water from the top floor, but it could use a bit of a refresh. The rooms were satisfactory overall although a bit small and the carpets were not very clean. The staff were mostly pleasant and accommodating, with a small hiccup at the breakfast service. The location was convenient for both sightseeing and events, although some areas needed improvement.
The hotel is ideally located close to everything downtown, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms, while spacious and satisfactory, are undergoing renovations for a more modern feel. The service was very nice, with helpful staff, though the dining experience left something to be desired. The hotel's inner charm shines once inside despite a somewhat crowded exterior. Price-wise, it offers reasonable value for money.
The hotel has a great view of the lake from the rooms, which were clean and spacious but in need of some repairs/upgrades. The service was friendly and helpful overall, although some areas like cleaning could be improved. The location is excellent for exploring downtown Kingston but lacks convenient parking. The dining experience offered a limited continental breakfast with too many eggs. The facilities are decent but could use some enhancements.
The hotel's location is amazing, right by the water in downtown and within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms were a bit awkwardly sized and the window location made it hard to enjoy the view. The service was accommodating but not flexible with room changes. The dining options were average, and for proper meals, one had to leave the hotel. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was very average. The rooms were basic and did the trick for what we needed, although they had a pair of socks left in them and some cans under the bed. The service was courteous, but the cleaning could focus more on high areas. The location was great, right in the heart of downtown Kingston with lots to see and do nearby.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast at the swimming pool level. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect for festival goers and those exploring the downtown historical area. However, the dining experience could be improved with more variety in the menu.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, with a great view to the lake and in downtown Kingston on Kingston Harbour. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom, though the building could use some refreshing. The service was friendly and helpful, although there was too much contact with the staff. The dining experience was fine but could have more hot options. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
